Every staff member is trained in canine body language and proper handling techniques to help keep dogs comfortable and less stressed during their stay. We understand that every dog is different, and we tailor our care to meet each dog's individual needs while they stay and play with us!
Beth Trifero
I am the owner of Clark’s Dog Kennel and have always grown up with dogs—I couldn’t imagine life without them. I graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Business Administration and spent several years in the corporate world before starting Clark’s Dog Kennel. My focus was caring for dogs along with helping stray dogs by providing a safe, loving space until they found their forever homes. Having the business at home allowed me to care for my son, the dogs, and the historic barn. I’ve since handed over the reins to Aly, who now serves as General Manager. These days, you’ll find me relaxing at home or at the beach— kayaking, hiking, or paddle boarding with my rescue dog, Jack.
Aly - Manager
I've been working here since 2007, and from day one my life has truly revolved around dogs. Whether in on the clock or at home, dogs are always at the center of everything I do. My passion doesn’t stop when the workday ends—when i'm not here, I spend my time training with my own dogs or heading out on hikes to enjoy the outdoors together. I also run a dog rescue focused on giving overlooked, misunderstood, and at-risk dogs the opportunity they deserve to thrive. In addition, I regularly partner with local animal control facilities, offering my expertise as a behavioral evaluator to help assess dogs and advocate for positive outcomes
Tori - Assistant Manager
Hi I'm Tori!I’ve been working at Clark’s since 2023, and I can honestly say I love what I do. Getting to work with dogs every day doesn’t feel like a job to me—it’s something I’m truly passionate about. My life as always revolved around my love for dogs and always wanting to learn more and understand them. Clark's has truly allowed me to grow and learn and is incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, my world still revolves around dogs. I work closely with BBR rescue, helping to save lives along running some of their social media. I love hiking with my 2 dogs whenever I can. I also enjoy doing photography on the side, snowboarding, and anything to do with traveling
Nicole
I've has been working with dogs for 7 years. I have an 8-year-old German Shepherd that I got from Clark’s Dog Kennel and spent 6 years working at Clark’s before taking a 2-year break—I'm now excited to be back. What I love about Clark’s is the big open play spaces, the no-breed-discrimination policy, and the dedicated staff who truly care for pets and their people. Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking in trails with my pup, cooking fun recipes, or taking spin classes.

I’ve been working with dogs for a little over 10 years, and I can confidently say that Clark’s Dog Kennel is the closest thing to a true dog’s world.

Outside of work, my life is still very much dog-centered. I have three dogs of my own along with a cat named Finnegan. Whether we’re spending time at the daycare, going on hikes, or snuggling up at home for some well-deserved downtime, animals are always at the heart of what I love to do

I love Clark’s because it truly feels like more than just a job — it’s a place where care, compassion, and love for animals come first. Being surrounded by dogs every day has strengthened my passion for working with animals and has given me hands-on experience that I genuinely value. My love for dogs, along with the experiences I’ve gained here, has taught me responsibility, patience, and the importance of building trust with every pup I meet. Outside of work, I love to draw and garden. Art allows me to express myself creatively, while gardening helps me relax. Both hobbies give me balance and inspiration, which I bring with me into everything I do. I’m grateful to be part of the Clark’s team and to spend my days caring for dogs in such a positive and supportive environment!
