Our Policies

We require everyone to review and sign our policy form for either daycare or boarding.

The form can be filled out and signed within the portal, when you create your account.

Policies & Fees

Cancellation/No Show:

Due to our daycare program having scheduled days and also including our waitlist, if you fail you bring your pup to your scheduled day of play, you will be charged a $40 dollar no-show fee.

However, if your dog has something medical for example, ear infection, giardia, kennel cough, etc. You will not be charged as long as it is communicated to us, via email.


Late fee:

If you fail to pick up your pup between our pickup hours of 4-6, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

However, if you are past 6:30 your dog will be forced to stay for boarding, and you will be charged the boarding fee of $55 per calendar day. For example, if you pick up your dog the following day you will have an extra charge of $110.

 

Sending Over Records

You can directly upload your vet files/PDFs on to the portal when making a reservation and we will confirm them. You can also have your vet fax the records to (508) 300-9221, or email them to us at frontdesk@clarksdogkennel.com.

Ollie's Law Requirements 2026

All dogs over the age of 6 months must have their individual town licensing as well as their rabies tag on their collar when they enter the building.

 

Before your dog comes in we will also need a copy of their rabies certificate and town licensing paperwork.

 

All Dogs Must Be Up To Date on - Rabies, Distemper, Lepto, Bordetella (need to be given at least 7 days prior to boarding). And a clean fecal test result that includes giardia. You dog must be tested for all parasites including giardia and have a negative fecal test result before coming into the kennel"

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR RECORDS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DROP YOUR DOG OFF FOR THEIR RESERVATION!!

Please take note that we do not have a receptionist. All calls go to voicemail. Calls are returned throughout the day, but if you call after 5:45 PM, expect a reply the next day. If you don't hear back, please leave another message.  We typically respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. For emergencies or next-day bookings, calling is best. Check our website and Facebook for updates onboarding availability and daycare schedule changes.
