Our Requirements
We do require each and every dog to have the following listed below to enter the facility. ​We have these in place to keep each and every dog safe, happy & healthy. We appreciate your understanding!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.
These are mandatory, and your dog will not be allowed in without them.
Required Vaccinations & Documentation
Rabies Vaccine
Rabies Tag
A pup over 6 months old must have their rabies tag presented on their collar
Distemper Vaccine
Parvo Vaccine
Bordetella Vaccine
​If your pup hasn't received this vaccine or needs an updated one, it must be given at least a week before your reservation
Negative Fecal Test
A negative fecal test must include a test for giardia. Typically a basic fecal test does not usually include giardia, you may have to request your veterinarian to include it.
Year Round Flea & Tick Prevention
Town Licensing Tag
A pup over 6 months old must have their town licensing tag presented on their collar
Sending Over Records
You can directly upload your vet files/PDFs on to the portal when making a reservation and we will confirm them. You can also have your vet fax the records to (508) 300-9221, or email them to us at frontdesk@clarksdogkennel.com.
Ollie's Law Requirements 2026
All dogs over the age of 6 months must have their individual town licensing as well as their rabies tag on their collar when they enter the building.
Before your dog comes in we will also need a copy of their rabies certificate and town licensing paperwork.
All Dogs Must Be Up To Date on - Rabies, Distemper, Lepto, Bordetella (need to be given at least 7 days prior to boarding). And a clean fecal test result that includes giardia. You dog must be tested for all parasites including giardia and have a negative fecal test result before coming into the kennel"
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR RECORDS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DROP YOUR DOG OFF FOR THEIR RESERVATION!!
